Story
It was during those halcyon days that an isolated tribe who followed the Aldgoat lived off the land and what their flock provided. Just within the quixotic Ishgardian province, their homes were the southern Coerthas mountains and the pastoral valleys between. Their livelihood depended upon the bounties from their herd. They were shepherds, tanners, butchers, and simple folk whose flock gave blessings in abundance with their pelts, their milk, their meat, and even their bone, hooves, and horns. Nothing wasted.And then the Calamity sent them scattered from their mountains and valleys. They fled the great fall of Dalamud and the Imperial boots that marched through their lands. Those that escaped and survived the unimaginable continued south across the White Maiden, further still beyond Mor Dhona.
The tribe did not rest until their threadbare souls found the northern reaches of Thanalan. It would prove to be only a short sojourn before their search for a new home continued in earnest.Years had passed. Memories are peculiar things. Sometimes they form out of a pure will and manifest into a fate that no one could have prepared for. And yet, one who had been long set apart from his people for his mixed blood remained loyal to the only family he had ever known. He spent his life tucking his tail and bending his ears in acceptance of his station and yet, for reasons he no longer remains with his tribe, shedding his title and finding a new life amongst the world he had always wished to explore.Many secrets remain held close to his heart.

First and foremost; it is obvious he is of mixed blood. His eyes are slit-like those sun keepers yet his jackal-like grin yields a view of moon keeper fangs.Yet, this Azyema devout is clearly fond of his time in the sun; his tan is a warm umber. His hair is almost always a tousled mane without his leather cap to hide it all beneath. Often, he'll wear aldgoat leather boots and accessories along with a necklace with many colored beads that seem somehow precious to him. Those clawed hands know honest labor as they are roughened with thick callouses and his frame a sturdy, muscular build suitable for wrangling the most stubborn of longhorns.Scars riddle his torso. A better portion of it looks painfully intentional as though, some cycles ago, he had been branded repeatedly until a pattern of stripes were formed down his back and arms. They flow down his form like a coiling serpent. A litter of more erratic scars that could be explained away by a rough and tumble lifestyle, perhaps.Those black beastly claws on his hands? Yes, they can do some damage, and should he ever be seen barefoot, those same sharpened black claws would be exposed on the end of each toe.

As much as I enjoy the light and fluffy slice of life RP, I do enjoy dashes of dark RP as that tends to hold my attention for longer.
